$250 for 60 days
One Stop Shopping Annual Agreement
$500 plus a one-time $250 set-up fee. Providers choosing to convert an Introductory Offer into an annual contract will have the $250 Introductory Offer fee credited toward annual set-up.The remaining $500 balance is billed a $125 per quarter.
Without One Stop Shopping Agreement
$1,000 per year plus a $250 set-up fee. Fees are billed quarterly at $250, with a first quarter charge of $500 that covers set-up and a first quarter usage fee.
